Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is available across New Zealand, and you can rest assured that items will be packaged safely to increase the chance of items arriving in perfect condition. All orders will be sent through NZPost with tracking included.
Delivery is also available within a 20km radius, for orders over $50
If items arrived faulty or broken (excluding items mentioning small imperfections) or not as advertised, a full refund, exchange (for products of the same value) or store credit. All faulty items must be returned before compensation can occur.
Change of mind returns can be honoured if it is within 30 days of purchase, and either an exchange (for products of same value) or store credit can be issued. No cash refunds will be given for change of mind.
All sale purchases are final, unless the goods are received faulty, broken or not as advertised.
In Stock Policy
All stock on my website is subject to availability. I will do my best to ensure that stock is kept up to date, and that the products listed on the website are regularly updated. If the good/s purchased are not being in stock, either a full refund, exchange or store credit can be given.
